Arduino is made from the highest quality Sangiovese grapes of the finest vineyards, selected strictly by hand during the harvest. After harvesting, pressing and stemming the grapes without excessive breakage, the must is left in alcoholic fermentation at 25 degrees maximum and then macerated on the skins for about 22 days .

Arduino is left to age for one year, kept in stainless steel tanks and after bottling completes its refinement in bottles for 2 years.

The name ‘’ Arduino ‘’ is in honor of my grandfather.
